The rewrite. A ritual that most hobby coders have performed. You have your portfolio, a pet project or some other thing that never quite gets finished. Stuck in eternal TODO hell. “I’ll finish it some day”. And yet, or maybe precisely for that reason, these things are routinely rewritten. Stuck in a sisyphean cycle of new frameworks, platforms and languages.
